October 1st Update

Cumberland Avenue Form Based Code - Final Draft UPDATE

The final draft of the Cumberland Avenue Form Based Code was unanimously recommended for approval along with the rezoning of the district at the Metropolitan Planning Commission's September 12th public meeting. The final draft is available here. 

The next step in the process is for City Council to review and act on both the adoption of the code and the rezoning in two public hearings. The first reading is scheduled for the regular City Council meeting, October 15 at 7:00 PM in the Large Assembly Room of the City County building.

Cumberland Avenue Design Review Board (C-7) Meeting - CANCELLED

The C-7 Cumberland Avenue Design Review Board will NOT meet on October 2nd due to a lack of agenda items.

Cumberland Avenue Merchants Association (CAMA) Meeting Reminder

Date: Wednesday, October 2

Time: 3:00 - 4:00 pm

Location: Goal Post Tavern, 1824 Cumberland Avenue

What: The merchants and other interested stakeholders meet to discuss items of interest or concern and get updates on the City's Cumberland Avenue Corridor Project.

Parking: Available parking is located at Graphic Creations, 1809 Lake Avenue.
