Cumberland Avenue Form Based Code - Final Draft UPDATE

The next step in the process is for City Council to review and act on both the adoption of the code and the rezoning in two public hearings. The second and final reading is scheduled for the regular City Council meeting, October 29 at 7:00 PM in the Large Assembly Room of the City County building. To access that agenda please click here.
