Construction Update for 18th Street Electrical Crossing
Due to the heavy rain in the forecast for tonight the decision has been made to delay start of the excavation work to cross Cumberland at 18th until tomorrow morning, Tuesday, December 29. Cumberland will remain open to traffic today.
