Cumberland Avenue Form Based Code - Final Draft
The Cumberland Avenue Form Based Code final draft has been compiled by Code Studio of Austin, Texas, after a series of public meetings including meetings on April 4th and June 18th of this year.

This document is scheduled to be heard at the Metropolitan
Planning Commission (MPC) regular meeting in September. The agenda for that
meeting can be found at http://agenda.knoxmpc.org.
The monthly MPC public
meeting is held on the second Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m. in the Main
Assembly Room of the City County Building, 400 Main St. For questions about the
meeting, contact MPC at 865-215-2500.
If MPC recommends approval of the
rezoning and FBC document at the September 12th meeting, the next step in the
process would be for City Council to consider the rezoning on two readings.
Cumberland Avenue Design Review Board
(C-7) Meeting - CANCELLED
The C-7 Cumberland Avenue Design
Review Board will NOT meet on September 4th due to a lack of agenda items.
