May 25th Update

City of Knoxville Update - Paving in Fort Sanders
Paving operations in the Fort Sanders neighborhood is scheduled to resume Wednesday, May 30. It is anticipated this work will take approximately 2-weeks to complete. A list of the affected streets is as follows:

Highland Avenue
James Agee Street
Laurel Avenue
Sixteenth Street
Twelfth Street
White Avenue

May 11th Update

CAMA Update

The Merchants Association held its monthly meeting on May 2, at 3:00 pm in the Goal Post Tavern. Representatitives were on hand from the City of Knoxville, Goal Post Tavern, Graphic Creations, Copper Cellar, UTPD, Wolf Trees and UT Federal Credit Union. The City of Knoxville presented an update on the Streetscape project and the Form Code. The restaurants noted business was staying strong through the end of the semester.


Two great events, sponsored by our merchants and university, are happening on Friday, May 18th:
UTPD is sponsoring its 6th Annual Memorial Golf Tournament, starting at noon, for more information click here.
